Turn-around Times
Once artwork has been approved, most printed items are delivered to your door within 5-10 working days. Please supply a street address for delivery by courier.
Payment Options
Payment is required in full prior to printing. Design-only jobs may be paid on completion, prior to delivery of final files. You can make a secure credit card payment now via Paymate Express. Electronic funds transfer or bank deposit preferred within Australia, details will be supplied. Cheque or money order by prior arrangement.
Supplying Artwork for Printing
Press-ready artwork created to our specifications is accepted as PDF, TIF or EPS. We accept Photoshop PSD and Illustrator AI for incomplete artwork. If you require to submit other formats, please contact us first for confirmation.
A 3mm minimum bleed is required beyond the trim size of your artwork. For example, when setting up a 90x55mm business card, the artwork should be 96x61mm. The excess is trimmed off in the printing process. Also, text should be 3mm inside the trim size, so for a business card the safe area is 84x49mm.
Images must be high resolution. Scan prints at 300dpi for their target size, convert colour to CMYK and save as eps or tif. If supplying images for us to use, please leave colour as RGB and save as maximum-quality jpeg. Digital photos should be taken with the camera's quality setting on "high" or above.
Microsoft Publisher files are not suitable for commercial printing, and need to be recreated at regular artwork charges. Please supply separate image files along with your MS Publisher file.
